[slf4j-user] slf4j-simple.jar should use System.err

Hello,

I'm wondering why does the 'simple' adapter use the standard out
instead of standard.err ?

For Log4J it is a configurable prop, by default standard.out
I think it would be preferable  not to surprise a user of JDK1.4, and
replicate its behavior.
