[slf4j-user] Files missing copyright and license notices

Hello,

There has been interest expressed in using SLF4J 1.4.3 (API and Log4J in
particular) in Eclipse.  As part of our review, we complete due diligence on
any code proposed for inclusion in Eclipse (our URL is below, FYI).  

During my review, I found a few files that didn't carry a copyright or
license:

Log4J - 
StaticMDCBinder.java
Log4jMDCAdapter.java

API - 
MDCAdapter.java
LocationAwareLogger.java
StaticMDCBinder.java
NOPMakerAdapter.java

I'm wondering whether there are plans to add copyright and license notices
to those files?  If so, what would they be?  :-)
