[slf4j-user] ClassCircularityError when using LevelChangePropagator

Hi Ceki,

actually in the context listener I call SLF4JBridgeHandler.install()
and then it will initialize the spring framework.

Don't spend to much of your time on this issue- once I have the sample
app, it should be easy to reproduce.
