[slf4j-user] MDC and JCL

Hi,

Looking at the source code for slf4j-jcl-1.7.25 binding, I can see
that MDC is bound to NOPMDCAdapter, whereas MDC for JUL is bound to
BasicMDCAdapter. Why we do have this difference?
