Yes, `org.slf4j.MDC.getCopyOfContextMap()` was implemented, but not
`org.apache.log4j.MDC.getContext()`. This has the effect that
`log4j-over-slf4j` is not a 100% drop-in replacement for `log4j` because of the
missing (internal) method. I'm not sure if this is deliberate or not, hence my
question.
