I should add that I'm interested in this because I have spotted code that uses
`org.apache.log4j.MDC.getContext()` in the wild and I would like that code to
work with `log4j-over-slf4j`.

(I've reported that `getContext()` is meant for internal use but there doesn't
seem to be a good replacement: http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/MONDRIAN-1171)
