[slf4j-dev] log4j-over-slf4j with IBM content manager

Hi Ceki,

I added to log4j-over-slf4j some trivial implementations of Log4J classes
because this resolve problems when using log4j-over-slf4j togheter with an
IBM content manager (it makes possible using log4j-over-slf4j togheter with
an IBM content manager).
