[slf4j-user] more jcl classes in jcl104-over-slf4j.jar

Hi Eric,

I was not aware that commons-configuration was using NoOpLog directly. Thank you 
for the valuable information.

I just added the o.a.c.l.impl.NoOpLog and SimpleLog classes to the 
jcl104-over-slf4j project.

Would you mind checking the code from SVN and then build it to see if it works?
